Meet The Women Of The Aston Martin Aramco Formula One™ Team TikTok Creator Collective

This year Aston Martin Aramco Formula One™ Team launched their first ever Creator Collective, a collaboration with TikTok to find and develop new content creators.

The five successful creators are spending this year with the team, receiving mentorship from experts within the team to help grow their talents and platforms.

For the very first Creator Collective, Aston Martin Aramco announced an all-female line-up – Rheanna, Ella, Alicia, Chelsea and Catherine.

Females in Motorsport was fortunate to meet all five at Aston Martin Aramco’s The Lawn event during the British Grand Prix weekend at Silverstone, to ask them all about their time with the team.

“I got extremely trolled online for my weight, and being a person of colour, and...all five of us being women,” Rheanna shared with us. “The team were so supportive in that situation.”

As well as the mentoring and resources provided by the team, they also have exclusive access to various events, including the paddock in Imola at this year’s Emilia Romagna Grand Prix – something Rheanna, Alicia and Chelsea consider a highlight of their time in the Creator Collective so far.

“I got to interview an aerodynamicist...that for me was pinnacle moment,” Chelsea said. “To have that access...is amazing for me, and then to show it to others basically.”

“I’d have to say my video editing. I went to Imola and did a mixed media one which took me ages,” Alicia told us.

“My specific highlight was sitting in the actual safety car with Berth Mylander,” Rheanna said. “It was incredible.”

As well as the support from the team, it’s great to see the way they’re also supporting each other and how much they all value that support if they’re struggling.

“It’s the girls and the community we have within this space,” Ella said.

“It’s good to have that North Star, and I think having you guys is my North Star,” Chelsea shared with us.

Catherine added, “the girls, but also watching the racing and that reminding me of why I’m doing this in the first place.”

As well as support and advice about style and filming, they’ve also been given other key advice.

“Take every opportunity and every chance you can get,” Ella shared as her best bit of advice.

“Enjoy every moment of it, don’t get too caught up in everything going on and just soak it all up,” Catherine said.
